Arnot/LECOM Didactic Day!

The first LECOM didactic day was a great success. This inaugural session focused on key topics including research efforts, academic integrity, and clinical documentation.

We are grateful to LECOM for their warm hospitality and for providing a comfortable learning environment, along with the use of their technology while our own systems are being upgraded. Their support greatly contributed to the effectiveness and smooth execution of the session.

Executive Leadership Rounding with Residents 

​On Thursday, October 2nd, Arnot Health executive leadership visited during didactic lectures to engage directly with residents. Ronette Wiley, RN, BSN, MHA, President and Chief Operating Officer, and Steven Heneghan, MD, Chief Medical Officer, met with each residency program to discuss recent organizational changes, recruitment efforts, and to actively listen to resident feedback.

These leadership rounds provided a valuable opportunity for open dialogue, allowing residents to share their perspectives and gain insight into the direction of Arnot Health.
