​​The 2026–2027 academic year is officially underway. We have welcomed our new intern class, celebrated the promotion of our senior residents, and said farewell to our graduates as they begin the next chapter of their journeys. While these transitions bring bittersweet emotions, they are also filled with excitement and pride as we look ahead to the bright futures awaiting each of our residents and fellows. We are grateful to be part of their growth and look forward to all that this new academic year will bring.

We are very proud to announce that salary increases have been approved by our CEO and will take effect beginning in January 2027!

Each training level will see an increase in annual salary, reflecting our organization's continued commitment to supporting our residents and fellows. We recognize the hard work, dedication, and contributions of our trainees, and we are pleased to be able to provide this enhancement to compensation.

Additional details regarding the updated salary scale for each training level will be shared in the coming months. We appreciate all that you do and look forward to continuing to support your professional growth and success.
